The BFG has big ears because he is a humongous giant that his hand can barely fit through a door his legs are skinnier then a stick.He also has a long long neck witch makes him look like a giraffe.His ears are fat,floppy and also big he could also he from a afar the girls height is only up to thee middle of his shin.I have never watched the movie so yeah.👂
