This is a photo of us before we got to run the 

2.4 kms from pakuranga sailing club to st kents 

at the end we got to have a ifo feed and it was sausage 

sizzle and some water the run was also good

On Monday the 19 of October the senior syndicate got to spend some time 

with the Auckland rugby girls and one of them actually play for the black ferns 

and we got to meet her and then after the photos I got to touch the trophie it was the real one 

before we got some pictures in we got to do some small drills with the ladies like this game you get 

to up your reaction time it when you have the cone placed in the middle and theres a person who calls out body parts and we have to touch them and then when they say cone we have to grab the cone before your buddy does, It was a valuable time doing some fun drills with them, and I wish I could do it again.
